I have returned to one my favorite books, Success is a Choice, by one of the most inspirational modern-day coaches, Rick Pitino. Here is the quote that sums up the day:

The coolest part about this book is its accessibility to simply anyone on any project with any group of people. It is certainly part of my regular diet of success in business and sports!!

Today, at the Deltec plant, we celebrated the 55kwh solar array on our roof! It was a wonderful engagement with speakers: David Hall (Deltec President), Charles Thomas (NC House Representative for Buncombe County), Craig DeBrew (of Progress Energy) and Heath Shuler (US Representative for the 11th District of North Carolina). What a cool experience to be part of. I am ecstatic to represent and work with such a progressive company!! And it gets better...
As David Hall put it, "This is NOT the culmination of our greening efforts."
